Product Introduction:
LM40120Ā plasma CNC cutting machine, suitable for medium and thick plateĀ cutting, using rail-mounted installation, bilateral drive, effective cutting area, suitable forĀ medium and heavy plate cutting, separation of bed and material frame, can prevent heavy plate from affecting bed Body accuracy. The cutting length can be extended as needed, and the cutting effective width can be up to 2.2 meters, which can complete the cutting of a whole large plate at a time, saving the loading and unloading time and improving the efficiency.

1. Frame adopts carbon steel welding structure and overall annealing treatment with high precision and small inertia XYZ axisĀ is with high precision processing to prevent deformation.
2.Ā Transmission structure is high precision rack and special reducer, Cable made by the German materials to ensure running accuracy.
3. The drive system adopts USA chip control, double drive, Panasonic Servo motors. Inovance Servo motor or precision stepper motor is also available to providing AC power with big torque to ensure running smoothly under the high speed.
4. Adopts high precision controller, with English and Chinese language. And the machine also equip with Automatic THC.
