Our Rack & Pinion CNC Machine is designed on a rigid square tubing table, with 12mm aluminium y-axis brackets to eliminate any unwanted movement on the y-axis that's making the machine extremely rigid and as strong as possible for high accuracy cutting that's great for high production. This machine is perfect to cut aluminium, perspex, wood and other materials with high accuracy. Very good reliability with the MASSO Controller with it's ridged frame and aluminium extrusions. 2.2kW Water Cooled Spindle Kit Specification:

2.2kW Water-cooled spindle kit. This kit includes the spindle, aluminium mounting bracket, VFD, 4 additional collets (3mm, 4mm, 6mm & 8mm), water pump and 6m of water tubing. The only thing you will need to run the spindle is the cable between the spindle and the VFD, the power cable to the VFD and a water bath for the water pump.

2.2kW Water-cooled Spindle for CNC machine. This is a 3-phase spindle designed to work with a 2.2kW Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). It has a built in ER20 Collet holder which can mount from 1mm to 13mm cutting bit shaft sizes. The spindle is mounted to the gantry of the CNC machine with an aluminium bracket. The rotor of the spindle is mounted with 2 bearings at the bottom of the spindle and 2 bearings at the the top, to ensure a long service life. This spindle is perfect for milling and engraving of wood, plastic, foam, aluminium, brass, steel and even stone.

2.2kW Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to drive a CNC machine spindle. This drive can be controlled via hand or via a controller board. There are a wide range of settings to fine tune the way the spindle is controlled and also comes with a manual with more details of each setting. The VFD run off single phase 220V AC and the output is also 220V provided to the spindle. It also comes with self controlled built in cooling which switches on when required.

MPG Pendant Specification:

High quality MPG Pendant for CNC machines. This is a general wired CNC pendant that can control up to 4 Axis CNC machines. It is made from a tough soft touch plastic with metal casing on the inside. The buttons and dial have a solid and quality feel to it which makes it easy to control your CNC machine. On the pendant you can select the axis you want to move and the size of increments you want to move at with the dial. It also includes a clip to hang the pendant when not in use and a magnet backside to be able to attach the pendant to any metallic surface.

This pendant is a generic MPG pendant. We sell it prewired for the DDCS V3.1 CNC controller.
