Jainken is known for their quality and accuracy in manufacturing spindles and this spindle is no different.  This is their 3.2kW Water Cooled Automatic Tool Change (ATC) Spindle for CNC machine.  It is designed with machining aluminium in mind, but can also machine other materials.  This is a 3-phase, 220V spindle designed to work with a 3.2kW or bigger Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).

It is designed for the BT30 tool change handles and comes with 1 x Parfaite BT30 handle for ER20 collet and 1 x pull stud.  Parfaite handles are manufactured in Taiwan and is known for their 4D 3 micron accuracy, this means the runout between the taper and the cutting bit at a distance 4 x the diameter of the bit is less than 3 micron.  There is not a lot of companies that can claim this and that is why Jainken use their handles with their spindles.

The tool change mechanism is operated pneumatically and an internal proximity sensor to monitor if the ATC mechanism is engaged or not.
