2. Technical characteristics
1. The whole EU streamlined design, heat treatment rack, high rigidity worktable, optional mechanical crowning device, to achieve precision bending.
2. Hydraulic synchronous control and Estun NC programmable logic controller ensure accurate repeatability and ease use.
3. Integrated hydraulic system (Bosch Rexroth Germany) allows automatically switch to slow bends in a quick way.
4. The fuselage adopts split steel plate welding structure and is tempered by the large tempering furnace equipment to eliminate the deformation caused by welding stress and processing stress and ensure the accuracy of the
machine tool.
5. The fuselage adopts a split assembly structure, which is convenient for transportation and processing, and can ensure the accuracy of the machine.
6. The fuselage, slider and other important components are analysed using ANSYS finite element analysis software to
ensure the reliability of the machine tool.
7. The hydraulic system adopts an integrated control system imported from Germany, which reduces the installation of pipelines, improves the working stability of the machine tool, and has a beautiful and concise appearance.
